Jaryd is a corporate partner, specialising in complex cross-border and domestic private equity and M&A transactions. His clients include international institutional investors, alternative asset managers, senior management teams, founders, corporates and investee companies.
Jaryd advises on a full range of transactions including leveraged buyouts, minority deals, co-investments, divestments, GP-stake M&A, consortium deals, bolt-on acquisitions, carve-outs, recapitalisations and reorganisations, together with advising on general corporate matters.
Before joining Travers Smith, Jaryd practised as an attorney and notary public at a leading pan-African law firm, specialising multi-jurisdictional cross-border M&A.
Jaryd has also previously spent time on secondment at leading European mid-market private equity firm, Inflexion.
