Senior Counsel

Joe is a senior counsel in our Corporate team, specialising in public and private M&A, early-stage fundraisings, corporate joint ventures, equity capital markets transactions and general corporate advice.

Joe qualified in 2016 and joined the firm in 2019, having previously worked for a leading US law firm, and spent eight months on secondment in 2022 as sole legal counsel at an early-stage investor focused on fintech opportunities.
