Katie is an associate in the Technology & Commercial Transactions Department.
Katie advises on a broad range of matters, including commercial contracts (such as outsourcing, franchising and supply arrangements), particularly in the sports, hospitality, retail, logistics, energy and infrastructure sectors.
Katie advises clients on intricate intellectual property matters, including the structuring and negotiation of licensing and assignment agreements, as well as in respect of disputes over IP ownership (particularly involving trade marks and copyright). She also has experience supporting clients in domain name disputes. Katie holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Oxford. Katie is also a member of the British Literary and Artistic Copyright Association.
Katie also has experience advising clients on a variety of transitional services arrangements, intellectual property, IT and data protection queries in the context of M&A transactions.
