Laura is a Partner in the Finance Group.

Laura specialises in fund finance and real estate finance.  In the fund finance space Laura advises some of the most active fund finance providers and borrowers in the market on the full range of products, including subscription, hybrid, NAV and GP facilities across asset classes and strategies.

On the real estate finance side Laura acts for financial institutions, non-bank lenders, real restate funds, real estate-backed corporates and developers on both investment and development financings across a range of asset classes, including retail, office (both traditional and serviced office), healthcare, logistics, student accommodation and hotels.

Laura sits on the British Property Federation Finance Committee.
