Leigh is a senior counsel in the Funds Department. She advises on a wide range of products with a particular focus on "retailisation" structures for alternative asset managers.
Leigh advises alternative asset managers on products that are designed to diversify their investor base away from purely institutional clients, including structuring European domiciled funds specifically targeted at wealth managers and private banks and potential LTAF structures. She also advises London-listed investment funds on everything from establishment and IPO right through to wind-down as well as placing agents and sponsors on listed fund transactions.
