Liam has significant experience in property litigation, including managing high-stakes disputes in the High Court and First-tier Tribunal. He advises on both residential and commercial property across a range of sectors.
Liam regularly advises on development issues and asset management, including lease renewals, dilapidations, rights of light, restrictive covenants, vacant possession, neighbourly disputes and the Building Safety Act.
Liam is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
