Madeline is a partner in our Tax Department specialising in tax advice on corporate and transactional matters.

Madeline frequently acts on M&A transactions, joint ventures, infrastructure mandates and equity and capital markets including IPOs. Alongside her transactional work she advises large and mid-sized corporates on a range of tax structuring matters including demergers, takeovers, corporate group reorganisations and debt restructurings (both UK and cross border), and on other complex advisory work.

She also has experience in advising asset managers, private equity houses, pension scheme trustees and real estate investment trusts.

Madeline is a member of the firm's Infrastructure Group, Environment Board and partner sponsor of the firm’s Social Mobility Group.
