Matthew is an associate in our Funds team at Travers Smith.
Matthew advises on the structuring, formation and fundraising of alternative investment funds across a variety of strategies and asset classes. Matthew has experience with buyout and direct investment strategies, as well as infrastructure, co-investments, primaries and secondaries. In addition to closed-ended private fund structures, Matthew has experience working on SMAs, continuation vehicles and retail-focused products.
Matthew has worked with a number of law firms in London, before joining Travers Smith from an in-house role at a global multi-strategy asset manager where he assisted on closings, product launches and day to day legal operations.
