Michael is a Senior Associate in the Finance Group, focussing on leveraged finance in the mid to upper-mid European market.
Michael acts for a number of the Firm's key private equity clients and their portfolio companies, as well as being a trusted adviser to a number of large corporate borrowers. Michael also has significant experience in advising both bank and private credit lender clients, having undertaken two secondments with major clients of the Firm. Michael's experience spans a variety of leveraged finance transactions across the capital structure, including unitranche financings, FOLO structures and PIK lending, and his ability to act for both borrowers and lenders affords Michael a unique perspective in finding commercial solutions to meet client's needs.
Michael currently sits on the Firm's Senior Associate Committee.
