Mohammed is a partner in the Corporate M&A and ECM Group and has a broad corporate practice with a particular focus on M&A for corporate clients and infrastructure sponsors.

Mohammed has extensive experience of advising public and private companies, infrastructure funds and other financial sponsors on a range of corporate transactions including public and private M&A, joint ventures and complex reorganisations and has advised on matters in a number of different industry sectors.

Mohammed is ranked for his M&A expertise by Chambers and Partners who note that he "operates a broad corporate practice and exhibits particular strength in M&A for corporate clients and infrastructure sponsors. He is capable of handling matters from a wide range of industry sectors."

Mohammed sits on the Company Law Committee of the Law Society of England and Wales.
