Nadia is an associate in the tax department at Travers Smith.
Nadia joined Travers Smith's transactional tax practice after training at the firm. Nadia advises on a broad range of transactional and structuring tax issues arising on public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and reorganisations, and equity incentive arrangements.
Nadia is currently gaining first-hand industry experience whilst on a six-month secondment to Inflexion.
