Rhiannon is a second seat trainee solicitor in the Corporate M&A and ECM department.
Before studying law at university, I studied contemporary dance in London. This background, whilst on the face of it bears no connection to the law, is similar enough to have made the leap a little easier than you'd expect. The teamwork, discipline and creativity underpinning contemporary dance are ultimately what interested me in the law and Travers Smith. The culture at Travers is supported by creative people working collaboratively, making it an engaging place to both work and learn. This culture, along with the opportunity to get involved with client work, business development and pro bono matters from day one, made the decision to train at Travers an easy one.
Outside of work, and when the weather allows, I can be found running around London with the sole motivation to discover my favourite new coffee and sweet treat spot. If the weather has other ideas, I'll be escaping to another world in a good book or trying my best to bake some banana bread.
