Sarah is a senior associate in our Tax Department and specialises in the taxation of asset managers, investment funds and institutional investors.
Sarah acts for global asset managers on a wide range of tax issues affecting their businesses, including the structuring and formation of alternative investment funds (with a particular specialism in private equity, venture and debt strategies), carried interest and co-investment arrangements and other incentivisation and remuneration structures.
Sarah also regularly advises institutional investors such as pension funds on the tax risks associated with investing in particular fund structures.
