Sarah is a senior counsel in the Funds Department.
Sarah specialises in advising on private funds across the full range of asset classes and jurisdictions. She has deep experience in all stages of the life cycle of funds, from initial structuring and formation to operation and ultimately end of life and exit solutions. Sarah has a particular focus on advising institutional investors (including pension schemes), in relation to their investments into funds and other pooled vehicles, including in relation to continuation vehicles, co-investments and secondary transactions.
