Siân is a partner in the Employment Department and a member of the firm's Diversity & Inclusion Board.

Siân represents clients on a wide range of disputes, team moves and exits. She advises across sectors including financial services, tech and insurance. She also conducts and advises on investigations. Her practice covers the full range of employment law as well as corporate immigration issues and she advises on all aspects of employment litigation, including High Court actions.

Siân is recognised as a 'Leading Individual' and 'Thought Leader' in Who’s Who Legal: Management Labour & Employment 2019.

Siân regularly speaks at client seminars and external conferences on a range of topics including redundancy, discrimination, flexible working, maternity/adoption/paternity and parental leave, and the Transfer of Undertakings Regulations.

Siân is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and speaks regularly on its courses.  She is also a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association and the Industrial Law Society.

Siân is a member of the Guild of HR Professionals and a trustee of the Guild's charitable arm.
