Sonia advises on investment management arrangements, ISDA and GMRA documentation, fund-level hedging structures, custody agreements and collateral arrangements against the backdrop of continuing regulatory developments, including the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR) and the Securities Financing Transactions Regulation (SFTR). She acts for asset managers, investment funds, financial institutions, fintech companies, pension schemes and corporates.
