Sophie is an associate in the Employment Department.
Sophie advises clients on a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, as well as on the employment law aspects of corporate transactions. She regularly advises clients on complex HR matters across the employee cycle, from recruitment to terminations and including disciplinary processes, employee grievances, and investigations. Sophie has a particular interest in advising and supporting clients through employment tribunal proceedings.
Sophie trained at Travers Smith and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. She is also involved in the firm's pro bono and CSR initiatives.
