The Legal Operations department is responsible for driving continuous and innovative improvements in the delivery of client services whilst refining operational performance within legal departments and across the firm. Legal Ops consists of Legal Transformation, Operations and Practice Support.
Stacey heads up the Legal Operations department at Travers Smith and is also responsible for delivering the firm's most strategic projects. She joined the firm as a paralegal and future trainee in 2009, ultimately becoming a Senior Associate specialising in M&A in the Private Equity and Financial Sponsors Group. Stacey gained business finance experience as an investment executive at a private equity firm before transitioning into her current position.
