Tim is a partner in the Employment Department. His practice covers all areas of UK employment law. Tim works with clients to provide general advisory support, as well as working on contentious matters providing advice on employment disputes in the High Court and Employment Tribunal. Tim also advises on all aspects of corporate transactional matters, with particular experience around TUPE and outsourcing.
Tim advises employers on UK business immigration, including sponsor applications and a range of UK visa permissions.
Tim regularly works with clients in relation to formulating and undertaking internal investigations within their businesses. These include investigations in relation to whistleblowing and harassment allegations, and involve preparing reports and presenting findings to corporate boards.
Tim is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the European Employment Lawyers Association.
