Tom is an associate in our Corporate M&A and ECM team at Travers Smith.
Tom has a broad corporate practice, focussing on both public and private M&A transactions, corporate joint ventures, corporate restructuring, as well as general corporate advisory work.
Tom qualified in New Zealand in 2022 and joined the firm in 2025, having previously worked in the Corporate team at one of New Zealand's leading law firms.
