Victoria is a partner in the Private Equity & Financial Sponsors Group and a member of the firm's Alternative Asset Management Initiative.

Victoria is a corporate lawyer with over 10 years' experience, specialising in pan-European and international private equity and M&A transactions. Her clients include institutional investors, alternative asset managers, senior management teams, and founders.

Victoria advises alternative asset management firms on a range of alternative liquidity solutions including, minority and majority GP-stake M&A, GP-led and LP-led secondary transactions, transfers of assets (both on a single asset or portfolio basis) into continuation vehicles and fund-to-fund transfers.

Victoria also advises on corporate governance issues faced by alternative asset managers as well as restructurings and reorganisations of financial sponsors including post-acquisition implementation, tax or regulatory driven reorganisations and succession planning.
