Victoria is a newly qualified Associate in our Technology and Commercial Transactions department.
Victoria advises clients across a broad range of sectors on various IT, intellectual property, data protection and general commercial matters. She additionally regularly advises on the commercial aspects of M&A transactions.
Victoria is also a member of the firm's Gender Balance Group committee.
