Will is a partner in our Finance Group. He advises private equity sponsors, banks, credit funds and corporate borrowers on multi-jurisdictional leveraged and general finance transactions. Will is known for his hands-on, commercial approach, and his experience acting for both borrowers and lenders gives him a significant advantage in finding solutions to complex issues.
