As a key member of the central Knowledge Management team, Zoë focuses on developing and implementing Travers Smith's firmwide knowledge strategy, overseeing the creation and curation of the firm's intellectual capital to enhance technical excellence, operational efficiency, and to support robust cross-disciplinary knowledge sharing.
Zoë collaborates closely with key from stakeholders across the firm to deliver coordinated, cutting-edge training and thought leadership. Notably, she has been instrumental in developing Travers Smith's AI Academy, firmwide legal training and in-house lawyer client programmes. She is an active member of the firm’s ESG Sustainability Knowledge Group.
Leveraging her extensive experience as a commercial real estate lawyer and a seasoned knowledge professional, Zoë continues to draw on her rich background to create effective, forward-thinking solutions for both the firm's lawyers and clients.
