The UK Data Centre Landscape: Rupert Duckworth (Associate Director, Regional Investment Advisory EMEA at Savills) will provide an overview of the size of the UK market, its history, trends in capital origin and deployment, and the current challenges and opportunities for real estate investment into the sector.
Downsizing Data Centres and Trends in Europe: Hagai Shilo (Managing Director at Cordiant Digital Infrastructure) will explore opportunities that exist outside of the conventional, large scale data centre sector providing insights from the European landscape and lessons that can be learned from European success stories.
Joint Venture Trends: Mazvydas Rimkus (Vice President of Investments at Goldacre) will discuss his experiences as an investor in the data centre sector, both in the UK and globally, including the use of JVs to facilitate investment.
