Sheamal Samarasekera – Pensions
Sheamal advises pension scheme trustees, sponsoring employers and other stakeholders on all aspects of pensions law. He has particular experience advising employers and pension scheme trustees in connection with scheme closure and benefit restructuring exercises. Sheamal also regularly advises parties on the pensions aspects of corporate transactions including the powers of the Pensions Regulator.
Marianne Parkinson – Employment
Marianne is an experienced employment lawyer who draws on her background in-house at a tech company to deliver pragmatic advice to clients across sectors including technology, retail, and financial services. Her expertise spans complex litigation, investigations, senior exits and managing large international projects including restructures and preparation for the EU Pay Transparency Directive. Marianne's practice also covers advisory, restructuring and transactions.
