At the end of last year, Travers Smith gave its asset manager clients access to an app to help them understand their obligations under UK and EU sustainability reporting requirements. The app is now available more widely.
The ESG app guides the user through various key questions to determine whether there is a requirement to report under the UK TCFD and the EU SFDR regimes. If so, the app outlines the basic reporting requirements. Whilst the tool is no substitute for legal advice on these complex regulations, it acts as a helpful guide for asset managers.
