Ellie is an experienced commercial litigator, acting for domestic and international clients across a broad range of contentious matters She has particular expertise in relation to complex investigations and high-value civil fraud disputes. Ellie was part of the team who successfully represented Hewlett Packard in its highly publicised accounting fraud claims arising out of the US$11 billion acquisition of Autonomy Corporation plc.
Ellie has spent time on secondment to Nomura, where she worked as part of its in-house Litigation and Investigations team, and the New York office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where she worked as part of its Investigations and Regulatory Enforcement team.
