Travers Smith has advised long-standing client Basalt Infrastructure Partners on the sale of Manx Telecom Group to a strategic partnership of CVC DIF and Jersey Telecom. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals. Manx Telecom is the incumbent digital-infrastructure platform on the Isle of Man, offering broadband, fixed line, mobile, and secure data services to residential, business, and public sector customers.
