Travers Smith LLP has advised long-standing client ICG on the sale of travel management platform ATPI to its US-based strategic partner Direct Travel.
ATPI is an international travel management and events company, providing specialist travel solutions in corporate, marine, energy, and specialised travel sectors. With a strong global reach supported by network partners in over 50 countries, its acquisition by Direct Travel has resulted in the creation of one of the world's largest travel management companies.
Travers Smith also advised ICG on its investment in ATPI in 2012.
