Travers Smith LLP has advised BES Group, a portfolio company of Inflexion, on the upsizing of its secured credit facilities, with Barings, Park Square Capital and SMBC Bank International as joint lenders.
BES Group is a leading Testing, Inspection Certification and Compliance organisation, providing customers with end to end risk management solutions.
The upsize will support BES Group's continued M&A growth strategy across markets in the UK and internationally.
The Travers Smith team was led by Finance Partner Will Sheridan and Associate Jody Coleman.
Travers Smith have advised on the facilities of BES Group since 2020, including advising Inflexion on its reinvestment in 2021.
