Travers Smith has advised longstanding client Investec on the provision of upsized senior debt facilities to support Triple Private Equity-backed Legal Benchmarking Group (“LBG”) in its strategic acquisition of The Lawyer, a leading UK legal business intelligence platform, which has been acquired from Centaur Media.
This transaction further builds on Travers Smith’s expertise in supporting clients with transformational acquisitions in the business intelligence and legal sectors.
