Travers Smith has advised RBS International on the provision of an €80m NAV facility to Foresight Energy Infrastructure Partners (“FEIP”). The facility will support FEIP's continued development of its portfolio of renewable energy and enabling infrastructure assets.
FEIP is a flagship energy transition fund, portfolio managed by Foresight Group LLP, a leading real assets and capital for growth investment manager.
