Travers Smith LLP has advised David Lloyd Leisure's ("DLL") senior management team on the investment into DLL by a newly established continuation vehicle ("TDR Capital Titan").
TDR Capital Titan is backed by investors and asset managers including Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (acting by its investment manager, TCI Fund Management), investment funds managed by Coller Capital, Apollo’s Sponsor and Secondary Solutions (S3) business, CVC Secondary Partners and Hollyport Capital.
Travers Smith has supported DLL's senior management team for over 10 years, including advising them on TDR's initial investment. DLL is the largest health, fitness, and leisure business in Europe by revenue, operating 130 clubs across nine countries.
