Hannah Manning

Head of Tax

Hannah is Head of our Tax Department. Hannah specialises in tax advice on M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and management equity incentive arrangements.

Hannah advises on transactions including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, sales, financing transactions, corporate reorganisations, debt and equity restructuring and equity incentive arrangements, acting for many of the firm's private equity clients and their portfolio companies.

She has particular experience in advising management teams at all stages of the investment cycle and advises on matters relating to global mobility in this context.

Hannah is a member of the City of London Law Society's Revenue Law Committee. She is listed as a 'Leading Individual' in the Legal 500 2024 and is ranked in Chambers and Partners 2023.

Hannah is Travers Smith's CSR Partner.
