International approach

Independent and bound only by your ambitions, we are wherever you need us to be.

International approach

Our clients work globally so we do too.  Our focus on building carefully cultivated relationships with leading independent law firms around the world enables us to provide a first-class, seamless service for our clients wherever it is needed.

Led by our International Board, we continually invest in developing and maintaining our relationships around the world with independent law firms who share our specialist strengths and demanding quality standards.

Every year we collaborate with over 150 firms worldwide to provide bespoke solutions to our clients. We regularly coordinate the provision of international advice for cross-border matters through a single engagement letter and fee arrangement. We will also take responsibility for the work undertaken by the firms we partner with in appropriate cases. Our in-depth knowledge of the legal market in a number of jurisdictions enables us to regularly recommend local law firms for our clients to instruct directly. Our clients can be confident that any recommendation is impartial and based on real experience.

Our international offering provides our clients with the key benefit of flexibility, ensuring that we are able to select firms and key individuals with the necessary issue and sector expertise in the relevant jurisdiction, manage conflicts and ensure price competitiveness in every case.

We work with clients in over 50 countries annually.
We work with over 160 international law firms around the world each year.

International Employment podcast series

In these podcasts we speak to friends from law firms in a variety of jurisdictions and ask them about the key employment law issues and things to think about when employing staff in their country.

For each jurisdiction, there are three short podcasts, one covering the start of employment, the second covering the end of employment and the final one covering other key aspects of employment law in the relevant jurisdiction.
