Travers Smith LLP has advised aosphere, the global provider of online legal and compliance analysis solutions, on the acquisition of Investment Navigator AG, a leading Swiss fintech specialised in the digitisation of cross-border compliance.
Founded in 2014, Investment Navigator has over the past ten years become an industry utility and market leader for European banks in managing cross-border compliance and investment workflows.
The acquisition of Investment Navigator strengthens aosphere’s already extensive digital offering and opens the door to developing and marketing new technology-driven legal and compliance solutions. At a transformative moment for the financial industry, the combined group brings together the knowledge and capabilities to deliver the highest quality legal content in the most advanced digital formats. The combined group serves over 1,300 institutions across the world from all key segments of the financial services industry, ranging from investment banks, fund, and asset managers to retail and private banks and wealth managers.
