Travers Smith LLP has advised Cynergy Bank (Cynergy) on a £30 million revolving credit facility provided to Ingenious Real Estate Finance (Ingenious).
Cynergy is a specialist bank which supports small and medium sized businesses across the UK that are looking to scale up. This new facility provides well-established lender Ingenious with flexible, scalable funding to support its growth strategy in the development and bridging finance market.
