Travers Smith has advised Global Guardian, a leading international risk management provider, on its acquisition of Solace Global Risk, a premier travel risk management company and proprietary technology platform.
Global Guardian will migrate its client base to Solace Global Risk’s technology platform, delivering an improved user experience and expanded functionality while positioning the company as both an operational and technology leader in the risk management space.
The Travers Smith team was led by Corporate Partner William Howard and supported by Senior Associate Gareth Atkins. Tax advice was provided by Partner Madeline Gowlett and Senior Associate Callum Burgess, and finance advice was provided by Senior Consultant Andrew Gregson and Associate Emma Bowman.
