Travers Smith has advised the Hickman family on the sale of Pontrilas Group to Glennon Brothers.
Founded in 1947 by the Hickman family, Pontrilas Group is one of the UK’s leading independent sawmill and packaging businesses, with the Pontrilas mill being the largest timber processing mill in England and Wales.
