Daniel is a second seat trainee in the Tax department at Travers Smith.
Outside of work, I like to be out-and-about as much as possible. This often involves escaping to the country or catching-up on the latest episode of a podcast while walking through one of London's many parks (Off Menu is a current favourite). In the evenings you'll find me in the gym, having dinner with friends or attempting to emulate Heston Blumenthal in the kitchen (with mixed results). As a keen Liverpool FC fan, I always relish the opportunity to watch the team when they come down to London and play one of the many inferior clubs the capital has to offer.
I joined Travers Smith because of the firm's incredibly strong reputation as a leading City firm and the commitment it demonstrates to providing outstanding training to junior lawyers. Completing the vacation scheme in 2022 also afforded me the opportunity to experience the firm's friendly, sociable and supportive atmosphere first-hand, which cemented my ambition to start my career here.
