Daniella Jammes is a senior counsel in the Finance Group.
Daniella advises funds, financial institutions, fintechs, specialist lenders and corporate clients on a wide range of financing matters, with a particular focus on the structured finance and fund finance sectors.
She works across a variety of structured transactions, including WBS, warehousing and traditional securitisation structures, forward flow facilities and loan portfolio acquisitions and also works regularly on restructuring distressed asset-backed debt facilities. She has experience across a number of asset classes including mortgages, consumer loans, buy-now-pay-later, SME loans and a range of esoterics. Daniella also acts for lenders and sponsors on a range of fund financing transactions.
