Leona joined the firm in May 2017 and is responsible for the management of our PA and Administrative support teams. Her experience in the legal industry spans decades.
Her role involves, amongst other things, implementing and championing process improvement initiatives, talent management, developing innovative mechanisms to ensure the PA and admin support function remain alive to the ever changing needs of the business and, indeed, the legal market. Leona works closely with the Business Services teams and her PA Team Leaders in promoting operational and cultural change and ensuring that her teams are equipped with the tools they need to deliver a professional and efficient service at all times.
Leona is a transformational leader and takes real pleasure in developing and coaching her teams to be the best that they can be. She is a member of the firm's Health & Safety Committee.
