Louisa is Director of Property & Workplace at Travers Smith.
Having worked client side in Property and Workplace management for over 20 years, Louisa brings knowledge and experience from a financial services background namely insurance and banking. Louisa joined an international Law firm in 2018 and then moved to Travers recently in May 2023 to continue her contribution to the law industry. Louisa is passionate about ensuring that the workplace is relevant, appealing, compliant and sustainable. The ambition is to always create a destination of choice, worthy of the commute and empower a professional team to support.
Louisa has recognised skills and experience in interior design and project management and in 2020 was instrumental in managing the real estate negotiations, design and fit out scheme of a heritage building that achieved the BCO award for fit out and achieved BREEAM excellent.
Louisa has close connections with the IWFM having previously been a member of the London IWFM committee. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered management institute and a member of the international society for female professionals, advocating for women in senior roles.
Louisa is also dedicated to promoting and achieving sustainability accreditations and ensuring we do what we say and at the highest level. Continuous improvement is not a choice. Most recently at Travers, spearheading the achievement of the international standard for energy ISO 5001.
