Lucy is a Senior Associate in our Employment Department, focusing on contentious Employment matters.
Lucy advises clients on complex litigation, Employment Tribunal claims, senior executive exits, investigations, grievances and disciplinaries, and issues relating to post-termination restrictions. She has acted for clients in a wide range of sectors, including sport, retail, financial services and technology.
Prior to joining the Employment team in 2025, Lucy spent 8 years working in the Dispute Resolution team, both here at Travers Smith and at other City firms. During this time Lucy developed expertise in high-value, complex commercial international disputes. Lucy has considerable hearing experience, but also experience in mediation and other forms of ADR. Lucy has undertaken a secondment to the Chancery Division of the High Court of England and Wales, as a judicial assistant, and spent time working in the Dubai office of her previous firm.
Lucy is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, as well as an active member of the firm's pro bono offering (in particular acting on behalf of domestic violence victims).
