Matthew is an associate in the Funds department at Travers Smith.
Matthew's practice includes advising clients on the establishment of, and their investment into, alternative investment funds across a range of asset classes, as well as the secondary acquisition and sale of fund interests. He has experience advising on the structuring and formation of private investment funds, semi-liquid funds, and regulated funds.
Matthew is dual qualified in England and Ireland (non-practising) and joined Travers Smith in 2025 from a leading Irish law firm.
