Oliver advises clients on a wide range of financial regulatory matters. Oliver's principal areas of work include advice on various aspects of MiFID II, AIFMD, SMCR, SFDR and IFPR as well as wider regulatory perimeter advice and regulatory change projects. Oliver also regularly advises on new firm authorisations, change in control analyses and fund marketing notifications.
