Vian is an associate in the Private Equity & Financial Sponsors Department at Travers Smith.
Vian's practice focuses on UK and international private equity and M&A, advising institutional investors, portfolio companies and management teams on a range of acquisitions, disposals and general corporate matters.
Vian also has experience in pro bono case work and initiatives across the firm, and regularly volunteers at community legal advice centres. She is also a member of the REACH, Enable and Faith Resources Groups, playing a role in creating an inclusive workplace and encouraging internal discussion on inclusion, diversity and collaboration.
