Travers Smith has advised Bowmark Capital on the financing arrangements supporting its acquisition of a majority shareholding in InfraXmedia from Opus Origin.
InfraXmedia is a leading B2B media, events and intelligence company serving the global digital infrastructure industry, with a brand portfolio including DatacenterDynamics, Yotta, Data Center Nation and SDxCentral.
