Travers Smith (alongside Marlborough Partners) has advised ECI Partners on the debt financing aspects of its acquisition of Shaw Gibbs from Apiary Capital.
Shaw Gibbs is a top 35 UK accountancy practice, providing tailored accounting, tax and advisory services to c.25,000 clients, including private individuals, entrepreneurial businesses, public sector and non-profit organisations, and international groups.
The investment marks ECI's latest transaction in the financial services sector, following its investments in KB Associates and IGG, and provides a full realisation for Apiary Capital.
